Talk about easy, this bag didn’t require interfacing or lining! If I had sat down in one sitting it probably would have taken an hour or so to make. It is not however quite the stroller friendly diaper bag that I intended to make. I think it’s a little small for a baby although perhaps for an older child still in a stoller it would work well to fit a toy, some snacks and a change of clothes.
That’s okay because I kind of want to keep it. I’d have to elongate the straps, worn across the body it fits close to you and higher than most bags. It reminds me of a bike messenger bag actually. And eventually I’ll start biking again so that would work for me. I would add a liner though perhaps of khaki canvas, something durable that would add a little more body to the bag.
I LOVE the fabric, the beautiful vibrant colors and bold graphics are perfect! Perhaps I should hope I sell this bag and then I could buy more fabric 😉
